Every OctoMods watch is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
What's covered
- Movement faults (the watch stops running or keeps time well outside specification)
- Defective crowns, pushers, clasps or bezels
- Crystals or components that arrive damaged
What's not covered
- Normal wear such as scratches on the case or bracelet
- Damage from impact, misuse or water exposure beyond the rated resistance
- Watches that have been opened or repaired by a third party
How to make a claim
Email korsakristis@gmail.com with your order number, a short description and a photo or video of the issue. We'll repair or replace the watch, or refund it if neither is possible. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
