These terms govern your use of the OctoMods online store and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products
OctoMods sells modified watches assembled from independently sourced components. Products are inspired by well-known designs but are not products of, or affiliated with, any third-party watch brand. Photos are representative; small variations in finish may occur.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown including any applicable taxes. Shipping is charged at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may cancel and refund an order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery
See our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the watch is delivered.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
See our Refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
6. Warranty
See our Warranty page. This is in addition to the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
