14-day returns. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, as provided by EU consumer law.
How to return
- Email korsakristis@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery.
- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Ship the watch back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, with the protective film, box and accessories.
Refunds
We refund the price of the watch and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We may reduce the refund if the watch shows wear beyond what's needed to inspect it (for example, a resized bracelet with removed links missing).
Faulty or wrong items
If your watch arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll cover the return and send a replacement or full refund. Later faults are covered by our 2-year warranty.
